Regulatory & Compliance
Our Commitment to Ethics, Safety and Quality
At HUDSON®, ethics, quality and safety are unbreakably entwined.
We spent the last 15 years aligning our business with spice experts, agronomists, international auditing firms, market yards, factories, equipment manufacturers, exporters, laboratories, sterilization companies, storage and transportation experts, food scientists and a myriad of others who share our passion and commitment to this industry, in more than 30 countries around the globe.
In ethics, we are bound by a moral code, rooted in fair dealing both internationally and domestically. We tirelessly work to do “the next right thing” for all stakeholders involved, from farm to table, and we refuse to compromise on that.
For safety, we routinely follow updates to industry guidance from regulatory authorities, namely the FDA, EPA, USDA, CFIA, COFEPRIS, EFSA including State and Local authorities. We have rigorous sampling programs on batches/lots, and we challenge microbiological, physical and chemical safety with independent verification conducted at external ISO17025 certificated laboratories.
For quality, let us show you how well we can equip you company with the world’s bounty of culinary spices and related products for your application. The proof is in the product!
