Shipping and Delivery Information:  Orders ship from our San Diego, CA facility to your shipping address. Orders are processed in the order received and shipped during regular business days, Monday through Friday.  We endeavor to ship all orders paid within 1 business day. 

Shipping Rates: All deliveries are shipped with reputable national parcel carriers and couriers such as, FedEx, UPS, USPS etc. At checkout, the shipping calculator will afford you several choices for you to select which best meet your budget and speed.

Privacy Statement:  We will neither disclose nor sell any information about you to a party unaffiliated with us unless (i) required to do so by law or legal process.


SATISFACTION: Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  As such, we work diligently with our global supply chain to ensure the Hudson® product sold to you wholly meets your expectations. RETURNS:  Our products are food ingredients and concerns must be addressed timely.  You have FIVE (5) business days from receipt to address any return claim.  Our claims team will carefully review the nature of your claim and respond appropriately within 48 hours after a thorough and expeditious evaluation.  IF the goods materially differ from the site as advertised, we may process a return and issue a refund. To obtain a refund, may require your effort to complete a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and/or Parcel Return Label to the product.
